This Privacy Policy explains how Pearl Resonator (the “App”) handles information. The App is intended for users aged 18 and over.

The App is designed to operate offline after installation. We do not collect, request, transmit, sell, or share personal information through the App.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal data or other user information. The App does not include account registration, user profiles, online leaderboards, multiplayer features, or cloud synchronization.

We do not use analytics, tracking, advertising identifiers, or crash-reporting services within the App.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

To provide the game features, Pearl Resonator stores a limited amount of gameplay information locally on your device. This may include:

• your current challenge and the accepted moves in the current attempt;
• completed challenges and campaign progress;
• your presentation preferences, including scene animation and touch feedback settings.

This information is used only to preserve your game session and preferences. It is not sent to us and is not shared by the App with third parties. We do not operate a remote database or cloud-sync service for this information.

Local game data may be deleted when you clear the App's storage or uninstall the App. Device or Android backup settings may affect how app data is handled by the platform.

4. Internet Access and Data Transmission

The campaign and its gameplay do not require an internet connection after installation. The App does not send gameplay data, device information, or personal information to a server operated by us.

5. Third-Party Services and SDKs

Pearl Resonator does not contain third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or other third-party SDKs. The App does not integrate third-party services to collect or process information about you.

Downloading the App or using an Android device may involve services provided independently by Google or your device manufacturer. 6. Advertising and Payments

The App contains no advertisements and does not include in-app purchases. We do not use advertising networks or share user information with advertisers.

7. Children's Privacy and Age Requirement

Pearl Resonator is intended for an audience aged 18 and over and is not designed for children under 18. Because the App does not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.

8. Data Security and Retention

Gameplay information and preferences are stored locally by the App on your device. Since we do not receive or maintain this information on our servers, we do not have a server-side user database to retain or delete.

Please remember that anyone with access to your unlocked device may be able to access information stored by apps on that device. You can remove Pearl Resonator's local data through your Android device settings or by uninstalling the App.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's features or our privacy practices change. Any revised version will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will be changed accordingly. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
